Industrial Pit Furnaces

Indo Dynamics Industries offers a range of industrial pit furnaces with varying sizes and temperature capabilities to suit the needs of different applications. These furnaces are designed to provide consistent and uniform heat, with features like digital controls and advanced insulation materials to ensure efficient operation and energy savings.

These processes are important for improving the strength, durability, and overall quality of the parts. Industrial pit furnaces are also commonly used in the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing industries etc.

Cyclone Electric Pit Furnace

  • he furnace is equipped with a digital temperature controller, over-temperature protection, and a safety interlock system.

  • Electric resistance heating elements are used for heat.

  • Maximum temperature rating of 1650°C (3002°F) or as per the requirement.

Cyclone Gas-Fired Pit Furnace

  • A digital temperature controller, high limit safety controller, and modern combustion system make the furnace efficient and consistent.

  • The furnace has a temperature range as per the requirement.

  • The furnace is heated by a direct-fired burner system using natural gas or propane.

Cyclone Electric Retort Pit Nitriding Furnace

  • Digital control, retort rotation drive, cooling, and automatic process control are elements of the furnace.

  • Electric heating elements provide the heat source for the furnace.

  • The furnace has a temperature range as per the requirement.

Cyclone Gas-Fired Retort Pit Nitriding Furnace

  • A computerised temperature controller, safety interlocks, and a control panel provide precise furnace operation.

  • The heat source is a gas-fired burner.

  • The furnace can achieve temperatures of up to 1250°C (2282°F) or as per the requirement.

Carburizing Pit Furnace

  • Automatic temperature control, environment management, and safety interlocks make the Carburizing Pit Furnace precise and reliable.

  • Some furnaces can reach 1250°C, but most are 900–1100°C.

  • The heat source can be electricity, gas, or oil.

Nitriding Pit Furnace

  • Programmable temperature, high-limit, and digital recorder/controllers are on the furnace.

  • The furnace uses electric resistance heating elements.

  • The furnace can reach temperatures of up to 1250°C (2282°F) or as per the requirement

Tempering Pit Furnace

  • The furnace is designed with safety features such as over-temperature protection, automatic shut-off, and alarms.

  • The furnace can be powered by electricity, gas, or oil-fired burners.

  • The furnace can reach process-required temperatures.

Rod Overbend Pit Furnace

  • Quenching tanks, cooling chambers and automated load handling systems can be added to the furnace, which has accurate temperature and environment controls.

  • The furnace can be heated using electricity or gas.

  • The furnace can achieve temperatures up to 1150°C (2102°F) or as per the requirement.

Steam Pit Furnace

  • Automatic steam generation and low water cut-off safety features make the furnace easy to operate and maintain.

  •  The heating source is electric-fired, gas-fired.

  • The furnace can achieve temperatures up to 750°C (1382°F) or as per the requirement.

Pit Furnace Companion Quench Tank

  • A recirculating pump and filter system enable uniform quenching in the quench tank.

  • The quench tank does not have its own heating rate; it relies on the pit-style furnace for heating.

  • Pit Furnace Companion Quench Tank is available in various sizes, capacities.
