Industrial Atmosphere Generator

An Industrial Atmosphere Generator is a type of equipment used in the heat treatment process that creates controlled atmospheres for industrial applications. The generator produces and maintains a specific atmosphere inside a furnace or heat treating chamber, which is essential for the production of high-quality products.

The generator can create different types of atmospheres depending on the material being treated and the specific heat treatment process. For example, it can generate an atmosphere of hydrogen, nitrogen, or a combination of gases. These controlled atmospheres can prevent oxidation, decarburization, and other unwanted reactions that can occur during heat treatment.

Ammonia Dissociator

  • An Ammonia Dissociator can have automatic temperature and gas control, flame sensors, pressure relief valves, etc.

  • Electric heating elements or natural gas or propane burners are usually used for heat.

  • Temperature can vary according to requirement.

Exothermic Generator

  • Some common features of an exothermic generator include temperature controls, safety features, and automatic shut-off mechanisms.

  • The capacity of an exothermic generator varies depending on the size of the unit.

Endothermic Generator

  • Endothermic generators have automatic shutdown mechanisms and pressure relief valves. Control systems for gas composition and flow rate can be added.

  • The heating sources are electric heating elements, gas-fired burners, or radiant tubes.

  • Temperature can vary according to requirement
