Industrial Conveyor Furnaces

Industrial conveyor furnaces are commonly used in various industries, including aerospace, automotive, metal working etc. They can be designed to accommodate a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass.

These furnaces can be customized with a variety of features, such as multiple heating zones, cooling chambers, and gas or electric heating systems. They also come in different sizes and configurations, depending on the specific needs of the application.

Brazing Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace

  •  The Furnace comes equipped  temperature control, programmable logic control (PLC), automatic belt speed control, and automatic atmosphere control.

  • The furnace may reach 500°C to 1150°C, depending on application.

  •  The heating sources are electric-fired or gas-fired burners.

Electronics Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace

  • The furnace has a variable-speed mesh belt conveyor, adjustable temperature control, digital temperature readouts, and automatic shutdown and cool-down.

  • The furnace utilizes electric heating elements

  • The furnace may reach upto 1150°C, depending on application.

Pilot Production Furnace

  • Some common features include programmable temperature controls, automated loading and unloading systems, and integrated cooling systems.

  • Temperature reaches from 100°C to 1400°C or as per the requirement.

  • The heating sources are electric-fired or gas-fired burners.

Sintering Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace

  •  The furnace has features such as precise temperature control, uniform heating, adjustable conveyor speed, and advanced safety measures.

  • The heating sources are electric-fired or gas-fired burners.

  • Temperature reaches upto 1200 °C or as per requirement.

Tabletop Conveyor Furnace

  • Tabletop conveyor furnaces may have digital temperature controls, automated conveyor speed adjustment, and programmable recipes for specific part types and heat treating operations.

  • The heat source for this type of furnace can vary but is typically electric resistance heating elements or gas burners
