Washer

The washer is an essential industrial cleaning equipment that is designed to provide efficient and effective cleaning of various parts and components. It uses a combination of dunk/spray/oscillation washing cycles to remove dirt, debris, and other contaminants from the parts and components being cleaned. The equipment comes with a water-tight steel solution tank, removable and cleanable wire screen, and a wire-type skimmer box that allows for easy maintenance and cleaning.

The washer also features full cone spray nozzles located around and below the work area, which provide a uniform distribution of cleaning solution for thorough cleaning. The electric version of the washer comes with plug-type immersion heating elements, while the gas-fired version has a nozzle mix-type immersion tube burner assembly for efficient heating.
